Sarah Gibson Tuttle is the Founder/CEO of Olive & June, the brand that revolutionized the at-home manicure. A former equity sales trader at JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley, Sarah pivoted careers to launch Olive & June in 2013, first as a boutique nail salon in Beverly Hills before evolving the brand into a consumer-centric powerhouse in at-home nail care. Under her leadership, Olive & June expanded from DTC beginnings into mass retail with Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS and Amazon building an engaged, loyal community around accessible beauty. The brand continues to drive significant market share growth fueled by cross category product innovation and a visual merchandising strategy that allows for consumer education and empowerment at shelf. A recognized force in beauty and business, Sarah was named to Inc.’s Female Founders 100 list in 2021 for redefining the category and inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs. She actively advises and invests in breakout CPG startups. Under her leadership, Olive & June earned a spot on Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list in both 2024 and 2025. In December 2024, Olive & June was acquired by Helen of Troy for $240M in the only strategic deal done that year. The brand continues to run as a standalone business with Sarah at the helm. Sarah currently resides in Los Angeles with her daughter.
