By creating an Orbit account or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
Orbit is intended for adult beauty-industry professionals. By creating an account you represent that you are at least 18 years old and using Orbit in a professional capacity.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at legal@beautyindependent.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Editorial content
Articles, attendee profiles, deal records, and other editorial content on Orbit are produced by Beauty Independent. Unless otherwise noted, this content is provided for personal, non-commercial reference. Subscription tiers and access limits may apply.
5. Intellectual property
Orbit and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not republish, redistribute, scrape, or commercially reuse Orbit content without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by reverse-engineering, abusing rate limits, sharing your account, or using Orbit data to train machine-learning models without written permission.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting legal@beautyindependent.com.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Orbit is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beauty Independent disclaims all warranties and limits liability to the amount you have paid for the service in the prior twelve months.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [TBD by counsel], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
