Prior to Hugel, Jim led ALASTIN Skincare from early-stage launch to a market-leading position, delivering more than 10x revenue growth through disruptive go-to-market strategies, disciplined organizational expansion, and customer-centric commercial execution. His leadership culminated in the successful acquisition of ALASTIN by Galderma in 2021, strengthening Galderma’s global aesthetics portfolio. Throughout his career, Jim has also held senior leadership roles at Obagi Medical, Merz Aesthetics, Stiefel Laboratories, and Allergan Aesthetics, consistently driving transformational growth, commercial acceleration, and enterprise value creation across globally recognized healthcare and aesthetics organizations.
