About

Jeremy Soine is the CEO of Face Reality Skincare and serves on its Board of Directors. He’s known for highly focused strategic leadership and sound operating principles, enabling companies to experience exceptional growth, while adhering to the discipline required to scale profitably. As an executive, Jeremy has focused on building differentiated, disruptive brands across a number of consumer categories. He’s a true general manager, with deep expertise across all major functions. Jeremy is an inspiring leader who is well-versed building high-performing teams that leverage a strong culture to realize strategic advantage. Jeremy has worked primarily with founder-led and private equity-backed companies that have resulted in winning outcomes for shareholders. Most recently, after joining Face Reality as CEO in the beginning of 2020, Jeremy led the Company through the turbulence and disruption of Covid. He implemented decisive short- and long-term strategies that have grown company revenue by about 10x, while growing EBITDA even faster. This leadership resulted in a successful 2022 exit for Face Reality’s cofounders to Norwest Venture Partners. Since this transaction, Jeremy has remained as CEO and a Board Director, and he has led Face Reality to become one of the largest professional brands in the U.S., selling in more than 10,000 accounts. Prior to joining Face Reality, Jeremy was the Head of U.S. Sales at Rodan + Fields. During his 4-year tenure, Rodan + Fields showed explosive growth, expanding from $300mm in Revenue to $1.5B+ to become the #1 selling skincare brand in the U.S. This resulted in a minority investment from TPG. Jeremy spent nearly 20 years in the food and beverage business. As Chief Operating Office at Krave Jerky, he helped lead an impressive sale to Hershey’s. While at the E.&J. Gallo Winery, he managed more than a dozen brands, including leading Barefoot Wine to become the #1 selling wine brand in the U.S. Additional advisory experience includes serving on the boards for Made By True and the Danville Chamber of Commerce. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his wife Jennifer, two kids, and their loving Frenchies and Yorkie; he enjoys getting outdoors for a round of golf or cycling; and is currently fascinated by longevity research, where he hopes he can continue contributing to society for many years to come. Jeremy earned a MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, and Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Puget Sound.
