A seasoned brand builder and operator, Reuben has over three decades of experience encompassing strategic CPG (Procter & Gamble, Unilever), start-up (R+Co, Luxury Brand Partners) and Indie scale-up (Olaplex, Amika, Eva NYC, Ethique Beauty, Byoma). He is now at the helm of the Bansk Beauty platform as Executive Chairman and Board Director for Amika, Eva NYC and Byoma, all owned by Bansk Group, Private Equity. At Procter & Gamble, Reuben held leadership roles over the course of 24 years including billion-dollar brands (Pantene, Olay, and Cover Girl), and as NA CEO for Wella Professionals where he integrated Wella, Clairol, Sebastian Professionals, and the acquisition of Nioxin driving division revenue, profit and share acceleration. From launching R+Co, doubling revenue and expansion to Prestige retail at Olaplex ahead of their sale, Reuben is a master of brand connectivity and market adeptness. Bringing this category-defying mindset then to Unilever Prestige as CEO of Kate Somerville Skin Health Experts, driving over 70% growth. Bansk PE welcomed Reuben in July of 2022 after the acquisition of Amika and Eva NYC to continue his industry-accelerating people-first strategy. The Bansk Beauty brands have all become Great Places to Work endorsed, and B Corp Certified.
