Andrew Ross is Founder and President of Desswood Advisors, through which he advises beauty and personal care founders and CEOs, including Bubble and Nécessaire, from early stage through liquidity events. He works with venture capital and private equity firms on deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio company strategy. He also serves on the boards of several privately held companies. Previously, Andrew spent six years as EVP of Strategy, New Business Development and Integration at The Estée Lauder Companies, where he architected the minority-to-majority acquisition of DECIEM, serving as Board Chair, and led the integration of Le Labo. Earlier, he was EVP and Chief Strategy Officer at ConAgra Foods and a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the firm's global retail and consumer goods practices. Andrew holds an MM from Kellogg and an LL.B from the University of Edinburgh.
