Jill has a distinguished 30+ year career as a strategist, operator and brand builder in the beauty, fashion and retail industries. She is currently Senior Advisor of Eurazeo, a leading European investment firm with $40 billion in assets under management. This follows her successful tenure as Managing Partner of Eurazeo and CEO of Eurazeo Brands, its consumer growth equity platform. Jill is also a Senior Advisor at AlixPartners, a leading global management consulting firm, supporting their retail and consumer practices. Jill started her career in management consulting and then joined the beauty industry where she worked for 17 years. She spent 10 years at Estee Lauder in executive leadership roles where she was involved in taking the company public. She then spent 7 years at Victoria’s Secret Beauty where she was President and COO, helping to double the business to $1 billion in sales. From there, Jill moved into the fashion industry as Group President at Liz Claiborne where she had global responsibility for Kate Spade, Juicy Couture and Lucky Brand. She culminated her operating career as the CEO of two public companies, Kenneth Cole Productions and Vince, where she led its billion dollar IPO. Jill is on the board of Macy’s Inc. and previously served on the boards of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Demandware, FIT and CEW. She also serves on the boards of two Eurazeo portfolio companies: Nest New York and Beekman 1802. Jill received her MBA from Columbia University and her BA from Duke University with honors.
