Kelly McPhilliamy is a Managing Director at Citigroup and Head of Health & Beauty in the Global Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group. She has over 25 years of experience providing strategic and financial advice to founders, public and private companies, and financial investors on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and capital structure. Over her career, Kelly has advised on many of the disruptive transactions in the Health and Beauty sector, including DUDE Wipes’ strategic investment from TSG Consumer, Tangle Teezer’s sale to BIC, BELLAMI Hair’s sale to Beauty Industry Group, Colgate-Palmolive’s acquisition of skincare brand EltaMD, Dermstore’s sale to Target, among others, in addition to leading initial public offerings for e.l.f. Beauty and Ulta Beauty. Kelly serves on the Executive Committee of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW).
